About this event

Join us on Thursday 7th December 2023 at 6.30pm for a short, multi-denominational service at St Mary’s Church, Easebourne where loved ones who are no longer with us will be remembered. Then join us outside for the lighting up of the Tree of Hope.

Throughout the year a Book of Love is created with the names of those who we wish to remember. The event is the opportunity for friends and family to come together and remember loved ones and to see the Book of Love from last year and the previous 4 years.

Anyone can dedicate a light on the Tree of Hope, which sits outside the church, and is lit up after the service.

If you know of someone who has died and would like to include them in the Book of Love, please complete a dedication form. For the first time you can complete your dedication and make a donation online.

Any problems with the form please email us at: SC-TR.MidhurstMacmillan@nhs.net.

All donations to Midhurst Palliative Care help to fund the Midhurst Macmillan Service.
